Pilot Antique Bible Fountain Pen
An excellent example of Pilot Antique Bible Fountain Pen featuring John 3:16 Bible verses on the barrel in cursive engravings. There were various Custom KF model versions of similar kinds of pen design for Buddhist scripture but this is probably the only one for the Christian believers. The Pilot Antique Bible Fountain Pen is made of sterling silver c. 1970~80s and comes with a finger nail nib in 18kt solid gold. It also uses a cartridge converter for filling the ink. The Pilot Pen Corporation was founded by Ryosuke Namiki with Masao Wada in 1918 under the name of the Namiki Manufacturing Company. Pilot Fountain Pen is well known globally as the best Japanese pen manufacturer producing fine writing instruments and stationery and to some extent, jewellery.
Being the largest pen manufacturer in Japan, many Pilot Fountain Pens are produced purely for the usage of domestic market. However, some premium range of limited edition, special editions were open for international markets.
