- If you prefer to pay using bank transfer, please email us at sales@elephant-coral.com and we will furnish you with our corporate bank account details.
Shipping, Insurance, Duties
- Upon checkout, the shipping charges will be calculated before your order is finalised.
- Before shipping any purchase, we will exercise due diligence to quality check each product and carefully pack it.
- Products will typically be shipped within 1 to 3 business days and we will furnish the tracking number be it for Normal Registered Post, Speedpost, DHL or Fedex.
- If insurance is required for your purchase, please email us at sales@elephant-coral.com with your complete shipping address and we will quote you accordingly.
- There will not be any additional duties or taxes levied on purchases shipped to Singapore. For shipping to destinations excluding Singapore, custom duties and taxes if any will be the responsibility of the recipients
