Hibiki 21 Years Whisky in Japanese Wrap Arita Porcelain Bottle
) is a kind of ceremonial origami
fold entirely distinct from "origami-tsuki". They are not certificates, but are attached to gifts to express "good wishes". Noshi consists of white paper folded with a strip of dried abalone
or meat, considered a token of good fortune.
In this rare Hibiki 21 Years whisky, the Arita bottle is decorated in hand painted Noshi Boshi, a long neck arita bottle, with decorative Japanese wrappings. By itself, the bottle is already a feast to our eyes.
Shipping and insurance services are available and we ship directly from our licensed liquor section.
About Hibiki 21 Years Whisky
The International Spirits Challenge is a competition held every year in the UK, the home of Scotch whisky. In the Whisky divisions, medals are awarded after a blind testing conducted by about 10 testers. These testers are blenders, distillery managers and other industry professionals, and they perform sensory inspections on each of the over 500 whiskies submitted for judging from around the world. The ISC is regarded as an authoritative arena for judging the quality of the entries by the exquisite sensory skills of the panel of whisky-making professionals.
