Elephant & Coral Singapore celebrated its 9th Anniversary in 2005. On this joyous occasion, Pilot Japan makes this rare Vermillion Red edition of Pilot Limited Edition Seki Shun Red Urushi Fountain Pen to recognize the company for its contribution to promoting Namiki brand in Singapore and to the world of Namiki Pen collectors.
Seki Shun 惜春 meaning "Pining for Spring", this pen is exquisitely designed by Pilot Japan to commemorate Elephant & Coral's 9th anniversary. Limited to 50 pieces of Pilot Limited Edition Seki Shun Red Urushi Fountain Pen and 50 pieces of Pilot Limited Edition Seki Shun Black Urushi fountain pen, each pen comes with Pilot's 18 karat yellow gold nib decorated with five stars and a crescent moon, which signify youth and aspiration respectively. Each pen comes in an urushi lacquered box with a custom ink bottle and Japanese writing paper.
