The "Chaos" pens are fashioned from precious materials and produced in very limited numbers. The body of the pen is made of black pearlized celluloid with overlay in sterling silver. Overlays are finished by hand and feature an antiqued finish with accents in translucent enamel. The design is characterized by the juxtaposition of life and death; the former represented by the early forms of life on Earth: reptiles (such as snakes and lizards), the latter by the skull.

Montegrappa has produced a pen collection inspired and designed by its company brand ambassador and movie icon, Sylvester Stallone. The "Chaos" pens are fashioned from precious materials and produced in very limited numbers. The body of the pen is made of black pearlized celluloid with overlay in sterling silver. Overlays are finished by hand and feature an antiqued finish with accents in translucent enamel. The design is characterized by the juxtaposition of life and death; the former represented by the early forms of life on Earth: reptiles (such as snakes and lizards), the latter by the skull. The Montegrappa Chaos sterling sliver pens are available in a limited edition of 1000 pieces for fountain pens and 912 pieces for rollerballs. The fountain pen is fitted with 18k gold nib.
