Described as one of the Three Friends of Winter, namely Pines, Bamboo and Plum (岁寒三友), the Namiki Chinkin Pine Trees has always been the pen of choice for many gentlemen because of this unique profile of the Pine Trees. Namiki has inaugurate 2015 Namiki Collection with 4 designs of Chinkin and this is one of them. The spikey needles of Pine Trees are executed with the lacquer art of Chinkin 沉金 against a black Roiro background.
