Namiki welcomed the Millenium with a special Namiki Double Dragon Limited Edition of 200 pieces to a new and auspicious Millenia. The Namiki Double Dragon Limited Edition Fountain Pen is an Emperor size fountain pen which honored the start of the new millenium and the auspicious Year of The Dragon. Double Dragon to welcome the Millenium[/caption] On the cap and barrel, the respectable Son-In Law That Rides the Dragon and The Child That Meets The Dragon. The Namiki Double Dragon Limited Edition comes with an 18K #50 Jumbo gold nib and a Y2K millennial motif engraved on the nib. Decorated using kimpun gold dust to the dragon face and the pen cap turban using taka maki-e high relief and togidashi maki-e on both ends of the pen to create the matured gold effect of burnish look. Four Kanji words 千禧雙龍 representing Millenium are maki-e on the pen cap. All the 200 pieces of Limited Edition Fountain Pens were made by Chief Designer Artist, Mr. Kyusai Yoshida.
